We provide IT services including web design and build, custom software development, mobile application development, SaaS product engineering, IT consulting, API integration, web hosting, managed cloud hosting and backend or server management.

The precise deliverables, milestones, timelines and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal, quotation or statement of work, which prevails over general website content in case of conflict.

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, engagements begin after receipt of the advance payment specified in the proposal.

Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Recurring services such as hosting, maintenance and support are billed in advance for the applicable term.

Applicable taxes are charged in addition to quoted fees. Late payments may result in suspension of work or hosted services after prior notice.

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required content, and any access or credentials necessary for us to perform the services. Delays in these inputs may affect agreed timelines.

You confirm you own or are licensed to use all content, trademarks and data you supply to us.

Work outside the agreed scope is treated as a change request and may affect cost and schedule. We will confirm any impact in writing before proceeding.

Upon full payment, ownership of the custom deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, except for third-party components and our pre-existing tools, libraries and frameworks, which are licensed to you on a non-exclusive basis for use within the delivered solution.

We may reference the engagement and display non-confidential visuals in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Solutions may depend on third-party platforms such as cloud providers, payment gateways, map services and APIs. Their availability, pricing and terms are outside our control, and their fees are payable by you unless otherwise agreed.

Hosting and managed cloud services are provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis. Planned maintenance is notified in advance where practical. Specific uptime, backup and response commitments apply only if stated in your service agreement.

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

We correct reported defects in delivered work at no charge for 30 days after delivery, where the defect arises from our work and not from changes made by others, third-party outages, or altered requirements. Beyond that period, corrections are covered by a maintenance agreement or billed separately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue or data.

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable agreement. On termination, you remain liable for work performed and expenses committed up to the termination date.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or our services.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and applies to use of the website from the date it is posted.
